Dates for 2024: Year 8 Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Vaccinations

Dear Parents/ Carers

Please complete the e consent link below for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Immunisations. Vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on Tues 21st May 24 and the link will close on Tues 14th May 24.

The HPV vaccine helps protect against human papillomavirus; it is recommended for all children aged 12 to 13 years old.

If you do not wish for your child to have the immunisations, please complete a No consent form.
